Chamber, our Welcome

Nevada. The Center will
have all the tools and

John Huck,

After graduating from the
University
of Southern California, John Huck
started his career in Scottsbluff,
Nebraska and Rapid City, South
Dakota. From there, John moved to
Indianapolis where he joined the
founding news team of Fox 59. While
in Indianapolis, John covered the
rape trial of boxer
Mike Tyson.
Nine months after moving to
Indianapolis, John was hired in 1992
by
CNN as a Headline News anchor and
correspondent. Over the next 5
years, John covered many national
stories including the
Oklahoma City
bombing, the O.J. Simpson murder
trial, the Olympic Park bombing, the
U.S. military intervention in Haiti,
and a number of hurricanes and
floods. John was also anchoring
Headline News when the Northridge
earthquake struck in January of
1994, keeping him on the air for
hours bringing viewers the latest
information. Since coming to Las
Vegas in 2002, John has received
Emmy and EMA nominations for both
his reporting and anchoring. |
