Our mission is to be a leading
independent,
women’s state trade organization for
Nevada.
The
WCCNV Chamber is a 501(c) (6) Domestic Non Profit Trade
Organization
We achieve this mission by:

Primarily
focusing on women, from students, executives, leadership to
women entrepreneurs.

We do this by
identifying goals, anticipating needs, designing all types of
programs to exceed their expectations by giving them the
education and exposure within Nevada, the US and leadership
around the world.

Continually
seeking, finding, and developing the most efficient means in
order to create exceptional exposure to reach their goals.

Having many
resources for obtaining, loans, grants, starting or growing a
business, also continual education to compete in an ongoing High
Tech World.

Helping women
obtain certification to compete and obtain vendor contracts from
major companies in Nevada.

Governing
women’s issues with our Government Affairs Committee, to address
and vote on these issues from Nevada all the way to Washington,
D.C.

Monitoring
trends in business in Nevada, United States and worldwide to
accurately anticipate and prepare for unique opportunities.
Vision is now reality
WCCNV
became the
second stand alone Women’s Chamber “Women’s State Trade
Organization”
in the US.
WCCNV
also became the Host for the ATHENA Awards, a Leadership Award and
the ATHENA Young Professional Award to give women in Nevada a chance
to meet recipients from all over the Globe in response to cultural
trends.
WCCNV
was established to help a diversity of women and to create quality
programs, luncheons, seminars, workshops, printing and marketing
publications in a rapidly changing market. WCCNV has already
developed many marketing opportunities for women in Nevada and
internationally through the ATHENA Awards.
WCCNV
also has a Community Outreach Department, wealth information and
emergency contacts for women in the community.
WCCNV has their main headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada and
will have a satellite office in Northern Nevada 2008.
WCCNV was founded by June L. Beland, May 8, 2002, a women
entrepreneur who is also the president and CEO of ABC Publishing,
Celebrity Registry, and World of Gifts. She publishes Magazine and
Books (Business & Celebrity), with one of the most successful
publications Country Music Forum Magazine which took an award in
1988. Born and raised in the entertainment industry, and she is also
a former entertainer and model, a major visionary for women in the
USA and Globally. |
